These Terms of Service govern your use of the MOVENTIX online store and purchases made through it. The seller and contracting party is LI TAO, an individual sole trader operating in Australia under the MOVENTIX brand, ABN 92 556 058 855. In these terms, “MOVENTIX”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LI TAO.

Use of the online store

You must use this website lawfully and provide accurate, complete information when placing an order. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access to any system or account.

Product information and selection

We aim to present product information, images, options and prices accurately. Colours and appearance can vary with displays and photography. You are responsible for reviewing the product information and selecting the correct size, side, configuration and compatibility option before ordering. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Orders, prices and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment if a product is unavailable, information or pricing is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, or fraud or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Prices and the transaction currency are shown at checkout. Taxes, duties and import requirements are handled as stated at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping

Processing, production, dispatch, delivery estimates, address requirements, customs and duties are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are governed by our Cancellation Policy. A cancellation request is not guaranteed if processing, procurement, customisation or production has already begun.

Returns and refunds

Eligibility, time limits, return authorisation, return shipping, custom-made products and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

Custom-made products

For custom-made products, you are responsible for supplying accurate and complete measurements and configuration information. Production begins only after the required information has been confirmed. The special return and cancellation conditions for custom-made products are set out in the policies linked above.

Intellectual property

The website content, design, text, graphics, photographs and MOVENTIX brand materials are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated. You may use the website for personal shopping and information purposes, but may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit its content without permission.

Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers or other third parties. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply to your use of those services.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. This limitation does not exclude or restrict any liability, guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
