Processing and production time

Processing or production time is separate from shipping transit time.

• Most stocked products: 1–3 business days before dispatch.
• Carbon-fibre prosthetic feet: 1–10 business days before dispatch.
• ALPS products: 1–10 business days before dispatch.
• Prosthetic Knee Joint Artificial Leg Above Knee Steel Orthotic Bearing Lock Limb: 1–10 business days before dispatch.
• Custom mechanical prosthetic fingers: approximately 20 business days after all required measurements, photos and customisation details have been confirmed.
• Custom silicone prosthetic products: approximately 20 business days after all required measurements, photos and customisation details have been confirmed.
• Custom cut-to-length items: processing begins after the required cutting length and configuration details have been confirmed.

Custom and cut-to-length orders require the applicable measurements, photos, cutting length and customisation information. Production or processing begins only after all required information has been reviewed and confirmed as complete. The approximately 20-business-day production period applies only to the custom mechanical finger and custom silicone categories listed above and starts after confirmation, not when the order is placed. Shipping transit time begins after dispatch and is additional.

Foot Shell expedited shipping

For the Prosthetic Foot Shell 22–29 cm | Multi-Brand Compatible Polyurethane Cover shown in our Foot Shell finder, the following expedited shipping terms apply to the United States instead of the standard transit estimates below:

• Dispatches within 1–3 business days.
• Free expedited shipping — U.S.: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Other countries and regions, including European destinations, use standard international shipping; the 3–7 business-day expedited transit estimate does not apply.

Delivery times are estimates only. The 3–7 business days are transit time after dispatch and do not include the dispatch period. Standard shipping terms continue to apply to other destinations and other products.

Standard international shipping

Standard international shipping is free. Typical carriers may include Yanwen, YunExpress, and 4PX. The carrier used depends on the product, destination, parcel size, and available service.

Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

• United States: 7–15 business days.
• Mexico and other international destinations: 10–20 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Processing or production time is additional. Remote destinations and customs processing can require additional time.

Tracking information will be provided when it is available from the carrier.

Address requirements

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Customers must provide a complete street address and accurate contact information. If an address is incomplete or the carrier cannot serve it, we will contact the customer before dispatch.

Customs, duties, and import requirements

United States orders may be sent using a DDP service where the selected carrier and shipping service support DDP. DDP is not guaranteed for every order or destination.

For other international destinations, the customer may need to cooperate with local customs or the carrier and provide information or documents required for clearance. Any treatment of import duties and taxes must match the shipping service and the information shown at checkout or in the order confirmation.

Delays

Delivery can be affected by customs clearance, carrier capacity, public holidays, weather, remote-area coverage, or other events outside our reasonable control.
