Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation within 6 hours after placing an order by emailing support@moventixmedical.com with the order number and cancellation request.

A request submitted within 6 hours is not an automatic guarantee of cancellation. If processing, procurement, customisation, or production has already begun, the order may no longer be cancellable.

For custom-made products, cancellation may no longer be possible after customisation or production has started.

If an order is cancelled successfully, any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
